"Be your own hero."
Hi, I´m Lars, 49 years old, I live in Roskilde, Denmark and have for the last 26 years worked with quality in the medical business.
Running has only been a part of my life for a few years as I first started to run in 2016, my motivation for start running was to get back in shape again.
To be honest I really didn’t like running at all in the beginning, but I kept focusing of the benefit over time I found the love of it.
I use to be pretty fit, but heavily traveling around the world (do to my job) and therefor way too many restaurant meals, beer and good vine was starting to show on my belly.
Running has helped me to get back in shape and improved my energy level.
//// Why did you start running - what was your motivation?
My motivation for starting running was to get back in shape again.

//// Do you remember your first race? How was your feeling when you finished?
My first race are still crystal clear for me it was the 22nd of May 2016, a 10K run and I wan my Garmin Fenix3 watch at that race.
//// What is the one run you'll never forget, and why?
The run that I will never forget will be Copenhagen half marathon 2017, where I got a selfie with the Crown Prince of Denmark, the race started out in nice sunny weather, but ended in insane rain and a crazy thunder storm, it was so extreme that to runners was hit by lightning (they both survived but had to be hospitalised).
//// Why are you a 361° ambassador? What motivates you to go beyond expectations?
Being an ambassador for 361° motivate me to show other people that you can be fit and in great shape even though that you not are 25 years any longer.
and that you can still preform more than you think, that you can go beyond expectations.
