Goals of Kai: Learn, recover and stay positive

The first part of a rehabilitation process often makes you feel frustrated - because you don’t see a step forward or even worse, you see steps backwards instead. Kai Markus – Runmysilkroad.com experienced this in the hospital, but is recovering beyond expectations because of exercises, supplements, discipline and positive thinking!

Recovery tips from Kai Markus – Runmysilkroad.com

A fracture in both of the heels takes quite long to recover, but with specific exercises in combination with supplements you can fasten this process. With this in mind, Kai Markus – Runmysilkroad.com started already quite soon after the accident with doing exercises in his bed. Now a month after the accident Kai Markus takes it even more beyond expectations in his rehabilitation process.
